This is not a question to us but the basis of what we encourage in our community. Please, be respectful of your fellow gamers in any group or website you access.

We are aware of the fact that there are a lot of people who put others down or try to make differences because you all come from different countries and so on. We shall not encourage this behaviour, we are all the same and we are going towards the same goal: Playing to win and grow as a community, so please respect between all players.
